Pre-evolutions

Poochyena: This is stupid. Why do we need to take a picture anyway?
Growlithe: Well, one day we're all going to evolve and I want to take a picture of us before we do.
Vulpix: I hope we don't become too different when we evolve.
Growlithe: You know what all our evolutions look like.
Vulpix: I know that. That's not what I mean though. I hope we don't become different, on the inside when we evolve.
Poochyena: Are you afraid we won't be friends anymore when we do?
Vulpix:...
Growlithe: Don't worry guys. That won't happen in a million years. Sure we'll be bigger and stronger and way more bad ass, but nothing can ever change what we are deep down inside.
Vulpix: ... You're right. We'll still be friends long after that.
Poochyena: Yah, what she said.
Growlithe: Now, everyone smile.
Poochyena: Hey! That's my head!
